Mr. Christopher Cummiskey has been the Executive Vice President, Chief Commercial Officer and Customer Solutions Officer at Southern Company since 2021. Prior to this role, he served as the Executive Vice President of external affairs of Georgia Power from May 2015 to June 2020. Prior to this, Mr. Cummiskey was the Commissioner of the Georgia Department of Economic Development from 2011 to 2013. Prior to this, he was the Manager and Director of Energy and Gas Derivatives trading for companies including RWE Americas and Mirant and Mieco. He also served as the state director for U.S Senator for Georgia, Johnny Iskason and was the Chief of Staff for the speaker of the Georgia House of Representatives.

Mr. Thomas A. Fanning has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Southern since December 2010. He held various position within the company for the past 35 years in the fields of finance, strategy, international business development and technology, including Chief Operating Officer, Director of Southern Nuclear, Head of business strategy, Chief Financial Officer, and President and Chief Executive Officer of Gulf Power. Mr. Fanning serves as the Chairman and Director of Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, Chairman of the Conference of Chairs of the Federal Reserve Banks; Director of the Institute of Nuclear Power Operations; Co-Chairman of the Electricity Subsector Coordinating Council.

Mr. Chris Womack has been the President, Chief Executive Officer (elect) and Director of the company since March 2023. prior to this, he served as the Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer at Georgia Power.

Ms. Kimberly S. Greene has been the Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Southern Company Gas since June 2018. Prior to this, she served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Southern Company from March 2014 to June 2018. Prior to joining Southern Company, she was the Executive Vice President and Chief Generation Officer at Tennessee Valley Authority.

Mr. Peter P. Sena III has been the Chief Nuclear Officer and President of Southern Nuclear since March 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President of the company. Previously, he served as the President of Nuclear Generation at PSEG.
