The company caters to over nine million customers across its high-speed fibre, copper, and wireless access network. AI-powered platforms including Visage, Ask HR, and Nebula AI Assistant further strengthened digital engagement and internal process efficiencies, while predictive solutions such as Copper Guard and Proactive FTTH Fault Prediction enhanced network reliability through proactive maintenance and analytics-driven interventions. The R&D unit of the company is the Embryo Innovation Centre. This unit is responsible for strengthening the company's innovation ecosystem by driving research and development initiatives focused on emerging digital technologies, intelligent automation, and future-ready solutions. It serves as the company's dedicated innovation platform, supporting the conceptualization, development, and deployment of technology-led solutions that enhance operational efficiency, customer engagement, and infrastructure intelligence.
