Mr. Riyaaz Rasheed has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since January 2026. Previously, he worked at Millicom International Cellular SA of Luxembourg (Millicom), Emirates Telecommunication Group Company PJSC (Etisalat), and CK Hutchison Group (Hutchison).

Mr Sanjeewa Samaranayake is the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2018. He is a Fellow Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (UK) and of the Institute of Certified Management Accountants of Sri Lanka. Prior to this, he served as the Group Chief Financial Officer of a blue-chip company in Sri Lanka. He held many senior positions of the Ceylon Chamber of Commerce, Import Section for several years.

Mr. Prabhath R Ambegoda serves as the Chief Operating Officer of the company. Previously, he served in several managerial positions at Sri Lanka Telecom as Regional Telecommunication Engineer, Project Engineer, Operations engineer, Deputy General Manager in Human Resources, Deputy General Manager in Corporate Strategy, General Manger in New Business Development, General Manager in Regulatory Affairs, General Manger in Tariff and Interconnections, and General Manager in Corporate Strategy. He has 18 years of experience in Corporate Management within the telecommunication industry.

Mr. Prabhath Dahanayake serves as the Chief Marketing Officer of the company. He also held various senior management positions at the telecom giant. Pior to this, he served as the Head of Province and General Manager of Product Development and Management.

Mr. Namal Ratnayake is the Chief Legal Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as Chief Legal Officer of SLT PLC Group.
