Mr. Fumiaki Hayata has been the Chairman of the company since April 2026. Prior to this, Mr. Hayata served as a Director and the Executive Vice President and the Chief Risk Management Officer of the company from 2025 to 2026. Previously, he served as a Director and the Executive Vice President of the company from 2023 to 2025. Mr. Hayata also served as a Director and a Senior Managing Executive Officer, and as the Chief General Manager, Overseas Sales And Marketing Division 1, and as the Chairman and the Chief Executive Officer of Subaru Of Indiana Automotive, Inc. from 2021 to 2023. He served as a Senior Managing Executive Officer, and as the Chief General Manager, Overseas Sales And Marketing Division 1, and as the Chairman and the Chief Executive Officer of Subaru Of Indiana Automotive, Inc. He served as a Managing Executive Officer and as the Chief General Manager, Corporate Planning Department of the company from 2017 to 2020.

Mr. Atsushi Osaki has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of the company since June 2023. Previously, he served as the Director and Executive Vice President of the company from 2021 to April 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Director, Executive Vice President and Chief General Manager of Subaru manufacturing Division from 2020 to 2021. Mr. Osaki also various leadership positions in the company including, Chief General Manager, Chief Quality Officer, Director, Vice President and Senior General Manager from 2007 to 2020. Earlier, he joined the company in 1988.

Mr. Shinsuke Toda has been a Director, Managing Executive Officer and the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2025. Prior to this, he served as a Managing Executive Officer and the Chief Financial Officer of the company, and as the Representative Director and the President of Subaru Finance Co Ltd. Previously, he served as a Managing Executive Officer, and as the Senior General Manager, Overseas Sales And Marketing Division 2, and as the Senior General Manager, Corporate Planning Division of the company from 2023 to 2025. He also served as the Group Executive Officer and the Chief Executive Officer For Europe, Middle East And Africa of Mizuho Financial Group Inc, and as a Managing Executive Officer and the Chief Executive Officer For Europe, Middle East And Africa of Mizuho Bank, Ltd from 2021 to 2023. He served as a Managing Executive Officer and the Head Of Europe, Middle East And Africa of Mizuho Financial Group, Inc and as a Managing Executive Officer and the Head Of Europe, Middle East And Africa of Mizuho Bank Ltd from 2020 to 2021.

Mr. Tetsuo Fujinuki has been the Director and Senior Vice President of the company since June 2023 and the Chief Technology Officer at Subaru since 2020. He also served as the Chief General manager of the Engineering Management Division and Technical Research Center and senior Vice President at Subaru from 2021 to 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Senior General Manager of the Engineering Division from 2018 to 2019.
