Mr. Niels Porksen has been the Chief Executive Officer and Labour Director of the company since March 2020. Prior to this, he served various senior management position such as Head of Commercial Operations and Group Executive at Nufarm AG from 2014 to 2020. He also served as an Executive Board Member (CAO) at Nordzucker AG from 2009 to 2013. Prior to this, he served various senior management position at BASF from 1991 to 2009.

Mr. Thomas Kolbl has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2004. Prior to this, he served as a member of executive board at Agrana Beteiligungs AG. Mr. Kolbl joined the company in 1990.

Mr. Hans-Peter Gai has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since November 2022. Prior to this, he served in the areas of food production, technology and product development, supply chain, and transformation. Earlier, he served at Unilever, Theo Müller and Danone.

Ms. Ingrid-Helen Arnold has been the Chief Development Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, she served at BENEO, Freiberger, PortionPack Europe and Digitalisation/IT. Earlier, she spent 25-years at SAP in several global leadership positions.

Mr. Stefan Streng has been the Chairman of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Research Assistant at the Institute of Plant Genetics and Crop Plant Research in Gatersleben from 1997 to 1999. Previously, he served as the Research Assistant at the Institute of Resistance Genetics of the Federal Centre for Breeding Research on Cultivated Plants in Grünbach. Currently, he serves as the Chairman of Verband Suddeutscher Zuckerrubenanbauer e. V., IG Pflanzenzucht GmbH, and member of the executive board of the Bundesverband Deutscher Pflanzenzüchter e. V. He is also the Vice President of Forum Moderne Landwirtschaft e. V.
