Ms. Suzanne Thoma has been the Chairwomen since 2022. Prior to this, she served as Chief Executive Officer of International Energy Engineering and Service Company BKW. Prior to it, she served as Chief Executive Officer of BKW and as a member of executive committee. Previously, she served as Head of automotive division of WICOR Group.

Mr. Thomas Zickler has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since May 2022. Prior to this, he has served as Head of Group Corporate Finance & Shared Services. Mr. Thomas has also served as a Member of the Board of Trustees of Sulzer Vorsorgeeinrichtung and Johann Jakob Sulzer-Stiftung since 2016. Prior to joining in Sulzer he served as Country Treasurer for ABB Switzerland in Baden since 2010. Previously he served as Vice President and Head of External Financial Reporting & Technical Accounting Policies Department for ABB Group in Zuric from 2006 to 2009.

Mr. Michael Schuepp has been the Chief Commercial Officer and Head of ventures of the company since 2022. Prior to joining in Sulzer he has served at engineering services division at BKW AG since 2015. Prior to this, he was handling his own business up to 2005.

Ms. Haining Auperin has been the Chief Human Resources Officer of the company since 2023. Prior to that she served as Head of Group Human Resources Operations, and as Head HR for Flow Equipment division of the company since 2016. Prior joining in Sulzer, she served as Global HR Director for GE Power. Prior to that, she has served various HR roles in GE, AREVA and Ansaldo.
