Sun Communities Inc (Sun Communities) is a self-administered and self-managed real estate investment trust (REIT). It acquires, operates, develops and expands manufactured housing (MH) and recreational vehicle (RV) communities. In addition, Sun Communities provides marketing, leasing and selling services of new and pre-owned houses to current and future residents in its communities through its subsidiary, Sun Home Services. The company also leases individual parcels of land, or sites, with utility access for the placement of manufactured homes and RVs to its MH, and RV customers.
