Mr. Charles D. Young has been the Director and Chief Executive Officer of the company since October 2025. Previously, he was the President of Invitation Homes Inc. Prior to this, he served as Chief Operating Officer of Invitation Homes. Prior to that, he worked at Starwood Waypoint Homes and Mesa Development.

Mr. Mark E. Patten has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since January 2026. Previously, he was the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer of Essential Properties Realty Trust, Inc. Prior to this, he served as Chief Financial Officer of CTO Realty Growth, Inc. Prior to that, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Alpine Income Property Trust, Inc. He also served as Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of CNL Hotels & Resorts, Inc.

Mr. Marc Farrugia has been the Chief Administrative Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since June 2022. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President of Culture and Innovation of the company.

Mr. Aaron Weiss has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer of the company since 2026. Previously, he served as Executive Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Business Development of the company. Prior to this, Mr. Weiss served as Managing Director in Citigroup's Real Estate & Lodging Investment Banking Group.

Mr. Gary A Shiffman serves as the Chairman of the company. He has an experience of over 30 years in management, acquisition, rezoning, expansion, marketing, construction and development of MH communities.
