Mr. Gary A Shiffman serves as the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of the company. He has an experience of over 30 years in management, acquisition, rezoning, expansion, marketing, construction and development of MH communities.

Mr. Fernando Castro-Caratini has been the Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer of the company since May 2022. Prior to this, he served as a Senior Vice President, Finance and Capital Markets from 2016 to 2022. Prior to this, Mr. Castro-Caratini was with Citigroup in the Real Estate & Lodging Investment Banking group.

Mr. Bruce D Thelen has been the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since December 2022. Prior to this, he served as tha Executive Vice President of Operations and Sales of the company from January 2018 to 2022. Prior to this, Mr. Thelen served as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at a national manufactured home builder. Previously, he was with the management consulting firm Booz & Company. Mr. Thelen currently serves on the board of Rezplot System, LLC, a joint venture of ours, the leading online marketplace for RV resorts and campgrounds.

Mr. Marc Farrugia has been the Chief Administrative Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since June 2022. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President of Culture and Innovation of the company.
