Mr. Anthony Heraghty has been the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of the Board of the company since 2019. Previously, he served as the Managing Director of Outdoor Retailing at the company from 2015 to 2019. Prior to that, Mr. Heraghty served in various senior roles including Group General Manager of Underwear at Pacific Brands Limited; Global Marketing Director at Foster’s Group Limited; and Managing Director at George Patterson and McCann Erickson. He has over 20 years’ of leadership experience across the retail, apparel, FMCG and marketing services industries.

Mr. David Burns has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2012. Previously, he held senior management positions at Qantas, Spotless and Lend Lease. Mr. Burns has over 30 years' of finance experience in a number of industry sectors.

Ms. Rebecca Louise Farrell has been the Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of the company since 2020. She has vast executive experience in legal and corporate governance, gained through roles in top tier blue chip corporates and throughout the US, Asia, Australia, and Europe including Amcor, IAG, and Westpac.

Ms. Rory Scott has been the Chief Strategy and Customer Officer of the company since 2022. He has extensive international retail experience including leadership roles with Marks and Spencer, Jigsaw and Australian Geographic

Mr. Darren Wedding has been the Chief Supply Chain Officer of the company since 2019. Previously, he served in regional operations role at Zuellig Pharma (Asian operations). Mr. Wedding has over 30 years’ of vast experience in supply chain and logistics.
