Mr. Rock Tsai has been serving as the Chief Information Officer and a Vice President of Taiwan Mobile since February 2022. Prior to this, he held several leading positions including Executive Director and Head of Technology of DBS Taiwan, Chief Information Officer of Sinyi Realty, Chief Executive Officer of YOWOO Technology, Senior Vice President of HSBC China, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of G-Bridge Optoelectronics, Assistant Vice President of Citibank Taiwan and Executive Vice President of Timenet Teleco.

Mr. CH Jih has been the Chief Technology Officer of the company since 2024. Previously, he served as the Vice President of Suretone Telecom Inc, and Taiwan Fixed Network Co Ltd, and Engineering Vice President of Engineering at Taiwan Cellular Corp. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Technology Officer of Kbro Co Ltd, Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at Taiwan Mobile Co Ltd, and Chief Executive Officer at Homeplus Digital Co Ltd. He also served as President of Stra Telecom.
