Mr. Patrick Martell serves as the Chairman of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Group Chief Executive at St Ives plc. Previously, Mr. Martell served at RM plc.

Mr. Gary Nugent serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of the Informa Tech division of the company. Previously, Mr. Nugent served as the Commercial Director for the Business Intelligence division of the company. Earlier, he served as the Head of the Managed Services Business at Alcatel-Lucent and as the Head of Marketing at Alcatel-Lucent. He also served at Oracle, Sun Microsystems and IBM.

Mr. Daniel T Noreck has been the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of the company since December 2016. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer at Providence and Worcester Railroad Company. Mr. Noreck also served as the Senior Audit Manager at Lefkowitz, Garfinkel, Champi & DeRienzo P.C.

Ms. Staci M. Gullotta has been the Chief Marketing Officer of the company since October 2025. Previously, she worked at ARIS.

Mr. Picone also served as the Managing Director, General Manager, and Chief Technology Officer at Harte-Hanks Direct Marketing.
