Teekay Corp Ltd (Teekay), is a provider of international crude oil marine transportation and other marine services. It also offers STS support services; tanker commercial management operations; fuel transportation services; dry-docking; project management; ship management; towage; storage and offloading services, largely under long-term, fixed-rate contracts. It serves major energy and utility companies, oil traders, oil and LNG consumers, petroleum product producers, government agencies, and other entities.

The fleet includes conventional crude oil tankers and product carriers. These vessels operate in the spot-tanker market or are subject to time charters or contracts of affreightment, and short-term, fixed-rate contracts. It also offers STS support services, along with its tanker commercial management operations. Conventional tankers operate under pooling or revenue-sharing commercial management arrangements. Vessels include conventional Aframax, Suezmax, and large product tankers. Chartering staff in Singapore; London, England; and Houston, the US. In FY2025, the segment incurred a capital expenditure of US$2.995 million, which declined 38.1% YoY.
