Mr. David Schellenberg has been the Chairman of the company since June 2019. He joined the board of the company in 2017. Mr. Schellenberg also serves on the board of Teekay GP L.L.C., the general partner of Teekay LNG Partners L.P. and the board of Teekay Tankers Ltd. Currently, he is a Managing Director and Principal with Highland West Capital. Prior to this, Mr. Schellenberg was with Conair Group and its subsidiary Cascade Aerospace from 2000 to 2013 and was President and Chief Executive Officer from 2007 to 2013; Managing Director in the Corporate Office of the Jim Pattison Group from 1991 to 2000.

Mr. Kenneth Hvid has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of the company since 2017 and Director since June 2019. Prior to this, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Teekay Offshore Group Ltd from May 2015 to January 2017; Director of Teekay GP L.L.C. from 2011 to June 2015. Mr. Hvid also served as the Chief Strategy Officer and Executive Vice President of the company from 2011 to December 2015; President of Teekay Navion Shuttle Tankers and Offshore Division in 2006 and Senior Vice President in Teekay Gas Services in 2004. He joined Teekay in 2000. He also serves as a Director of Teekay Offshore GP LLC, the general partner of Teekay Offshore Partners L.P. since 2011 and as Director of Teekay Tankers Ltd. since February 2017.

Mr Brody Speers has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2023. Prior to this he served as Vice President of Finance and Treasurer of the company. Preceding this, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Teekay LNG Partners LP. Preceding this, he served various roles in Teekay’s Finance, Accounting and Strategic Development departments.
