Mr. John Ryder has been the Chairman of TVA since November 2020. Prior to this, he served as General Counsel for the Republican National Committee. Previously, Mr. Ryder served as a bankruptcy and election law attorney with Harris Shelton Hanover Walsh, PLLC, and also served as General Counsel to the Republican National Committee. He also served as the Chairman of the Republican National Lawyers Association.

Mr. Jeffrey J. Lyash has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of TVA since April 2019. Previously, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Ontario Power Generation Inc from August 2015 until April 2019; President of the Power Business Unit of Chicago Bridge & Iron Company NV from July 2013 to August 2015; Executive Vice President of Energy Supply for Duke Energy Corp from July 2012 to December 2012; and held various roles at Progress Energy Inc, including Executive Vice President of Energy Supply from June 2010 to July 2012 and of Corporate Development from July 2009 to June 2010, President and Chief Executive Officer of Progress Energy Florida Inc from June 2006 to July 2009 and its Senior Vice President of Energy Delivery from November 2003 to June 2006, and Vice President of Transmission for Progress Energy Carolinas Inc from January 2002 to October 2003.

Mr. John M. Thomas, III has been the Chief Financial and strategy Officer and the Executive Vice President of TVA. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President of People and Performance from 2010 to 2010, Senior Vice President of Corporate Governance and Compliance from 2009 to 2010, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer from 2008 to 2009, and General Manager of Operations Business Services from 2005 to 2008. Prior to joining TVA, Mr. Thomas served as the Chief Financial Officer for Benson Security Systems; and Controller of Progress Fuels Corporation from 2003 to 2005 and Controller of Progress Ventures Inc from 2001 to 2002.

Mr. Don Moul has been the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2021. Before joining in the company, he served as executive vice president and chief nuclear officer at NextEra Energy. Prior to this, he served in various leadership roles at FirstEnergy Corporation, including the nuclear and fossil generation, transmission and distribution, commodity operations and environmental compliance functions from 2004 to 2019. Prior to it he served as vice president for FirstEnergy Commodity Operations.

Ms. Susan E. Collins has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resource and Communications Officer of TVA since June 2019. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Human Resources Officer of the agency from 2016 to 2019, and its Vice President of Human Resources from 2014 to 2016. Before joining TVA, Ms. Collins served as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Constellation Energy Nuclear Group LLC from 2009 to 2014 and Vice President of Human Resources for Constellation Energy from 2008 to 2009.
