Mr. Paul Van Oyen has been the Chairman of the company since 2022. Previously, he served in various positions including as the Chief Executive Officer for 32 years at Etex Group. Earlier, he served at Steinzeug Keramo.

Mr. Piet Sanders has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2022. Previously, he served as the Managing Director of Northern, Eastern Europe, Central Europe and Global Sales & Channels Director at Puratos. Earlier, he served as the Chief Sales & Marketing Officer at Reynaers Aluminium. From 1999 to 2002, Piet was the Global Sales Director of Food at Amylum / Tate & Lyle, a world-leading producer of starch, cereal derived sweetener and wheat proteins. He has spent 30 years of his career in the food ingredient industry.

Mr. Yves Regniers has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since March 2020. He has been a member of the Executive Committee since January 2019. He joined board of Ter Beke NV in 2017. Previously, he was engaged in multiple financial audit related tasks at PwC.

Mr. Peter BA has been Chief Information Officer of the company since November 2022. He is also a member of Executive Committee. He started is carrier as Chief Information Officer and Vice President Process Optimization of Now ZF. He served in the role of Managing Director for Transics, a digital services provider in a new business unit he founded within ZF. He also worked at Nokia, Proximus and Swift.

Ms. Else Vers Traete has been the Chief People Officer of the company since May 2022. Previously, she served in several human resources roles at Imtech Marine (Radio Holland) in Rotterdam and Aleris. She also served for six years within 3M as HR Director for Benelux and HR Director EMEA for various business units.
