Mr. Andres R. Gluski has been the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the company since 2011. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the company from 2007 to 2011; Regional President of Latin America from 2006 to 2007; and Senior Vice President of its Caribbean and Central America from 2003 to 2005. Mr. Gluski also served as the Group Manager and Chief Executive Officer of Electricidad de Caracas from 2002 to 2003; Chief Executive Officer of Gener; Executive Vice President of EDC and Corporacion EDC; Executive Vice President of Corporate Banking of Banco de Venezuela; and Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for CANTV.

Mr. Stephen Coughlin has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of AES since 2021. Prior to this, he led AES' Corporate Strategy and Financial Planning groups, including the Chair of the Company's Investment Committee. Mr. Coughlin also served as the Chief Executive Officer of Fluence, AES' energy storage joint venture with Siemens.

Mr. Juan Ignacio Rubiolo has been an Executive Vice President and the Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2026. He also serves the President of the Energy Infrastructure at the company. Prior to this role, Mr.Rubiolo served as an Executive Vice President and President of International Businesses, the Senior Vice President and President of the MCAC SBU, as the Chief Executive Officer of AES Mexico, the Vice President of the Commercial team of the MCAC SBU. He also serves as a Director of AES Colombia and AES Andes.

Mr. Ricardo Manuel Falu has been the President of the company since 2026. Prior to this, he served as an Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, and President of New Energy Technologies segment at the company. He also served as the Senior Vice President from 2023 to 2024; Senior Vice President and Chief Strategy and Commercial Officer from 2022 to 2023; January 2022 to August 2022; Chief Executive Officer of AES Andes from April 2018 to August 2022; Chief Financial Officer of Andes region from 2014 to 2018; and Chief Financial Officer for the Company's businesses in Mexico, Central American, and Caribbean region from 2012 to 2014.

Ms. Tish Mendoza has been the Chief Human Resources Officer and Executive Vice President of AES since 2021. Prior to this, she served as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Vice President of Global Utilities from 2011 to 2012, and its Vice President and Director of Global Compensation, Benefits and HRIS, including Executive Compensation, between 2006 and 2011; and Director of AES Chivor SA and DP&L. Prior to joining AES, Ms. Mendoza served as the Vice President of Human Resources for a product company in the Treasury Services division of JP Morgan Chase and Vice President of Human Resources and Compensation and Benefits at Vastera Inc. She also serves as the Co-chair of Evanta Global HR, and part of its governing body in Washington.
