Mr. C. James Koch has been the Chairman of the company since 2010. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of the company. Mr. Koch was appointed to the board of the company in 1995. He founded Boston Beer in 1984.

Mr. Michael Spillane has been the Director, Chief Executive Officer and President of the company since April 2024. Previously, he held various positions at Nike, Inc. including; President of Consumer Creation from 2020 to September 2023, President of Categories and Product from May 2017 to May 2020, President of Product and Merchandising from April 2016 to May 2017, Vice President and General Manager of Global Footwear from May 2015 to April 2016, and General Manager and Vice President, Greater China from May 2013 to May 2015. He also served as Chief Executive Officer at Umbro International from 2011 to 2013. Earlier, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Converse from 2009 to 2011.

Mr. Diego Reynoso has been the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of the Prepared Foods division of Tyson Foods from 2021 to 2023. He also served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Beer Division at Constellation Brands from 2017 to 2021. Previously, he held various positions at Beam Suntory Inc., including; global spirits manufacturer, from 2005 to 2017, Chief Financial Officer of Global Operations and Group Treasury and Tax from 2016 to 2017, North American Chief Financial Officer and General Manager International Markets from 2014 to 2016, and Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer North America from 2013 to 2014.

Mr. Matthew D. Murphy has been the Chief Accounting Officer, and Vice President of Finance of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Corporate Controller of the company in 2006. Mr. Murphy also worked as the Chief Financial Officer at Opodo, from 2004 to 2006.

Lesya Lysyj has been the Chief Marketing Officer of the company since 2019. Prior to this, she served as the President US of Sales and Marketing, at Welch’s Foods from 2017 to 2019. Previously, she served as the President of North America at Weight Watchers International from 2013 to 2015. Ms. Lysyj also served as the Chief Marketing Officer at Heineken from 2011 to 2013. Earlier, she held various positions with Kraft Foods from 1990 to 2011, including as the Vice President of Marketing, Confectionary and Executive Vice President of Marketing, Cadbury.
