Mr. Mark Stewart has been the Chief Executive Officer, President, and Director of the company since January 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of North America at Stellantis NV from December 2018 to January 2024. Mr. Stewart has also served as Vice President of Customer Fulfillment at Amazon; Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for ZF TRW Automotive; Executive Vice President for Tower Automotive’s Western Europe Business; Vice President and General Manager for TRW’s North America Passenger Car and Commercial Global Steering business; and as Vice President for TRW’s Asia Pacific business.

Ms. Christina L. Zamarro has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2023. Prior to this, she held various leadership roles in the company. Before joining Goodyear, she held various corporate and operating finance roles relating to treasury, financial planning, and analysis in the manufacturing and financial services groups.

Mr. Gary S. VanderLind has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he was the Vice President, Human Resources - Americas. Mr. VanderLind also served as the Vice President, Human Resources - North America at Goodyear from September 2016 to January 2019.

Mr. Laurette T. Koellner has been the Chairman of the company since January 2024. Prior to this, she served as Chairman of Lease Finance Corp from June 2012 to May 2014. Ms. Koellner has also served in various executive roles at the Boeing Co. Currently, she also serves on the Board of Directors at Celestica Inc since 2009; Nucor Corp since 2015; and Papa John’s International Inc since 2014.
