Mr. Ernst Tanner has been the Vice-Chairman of the company since 2011. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman and Delegate of the Board of the Lindt & Sprungli Group. Previously, he held leading management positions with the Johnson & Johnson Group in Europe and the US, and the Company Group Chairman Europe. Currently, he serves as the Member of the Board of Directors of the German Krombacher Brauerei GmbH & Co KG.

Mr. Nick Hayek has been the Chief Executive Officer, President, and Director of the company since 2010. Previously, he served as the Marketing Manager, President and Delegate of the Board of Directors of Swatch Ltd. Prior to this, he established his own production company, Sesame Films in Paris. Currently, Mr Hayek serves as the member of the Board of Directors of the CSEM (Centre suisse d’électronique et de microtechnique) and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Belenos Clean Power Holding Ltd.

Ms. Nayla Hayek has been the Chairwoman of the company since 2010. Previously, she served as Director of the company in 1995. Prior to this, President and Chief Executive Officer at Harry Winston, Inc. She also serves as Chairwoman of the Rivoli Group and Hayek Holding AG.

Mr. Thierry Kenel has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2012. Previously, he served as the Group Controller of Electronic Systems Division of the company and as the Head of Finance, IT and Administration at Montres Breguet.

Mr. Francois Thiebaud has been the Head of Tissot, Certina, Mido, Union Glashutte, Brazil, Portugal and Swiss of the company since 2006. He serves as the member of the Executive Group Management Board at Swatch. Previously, he served as the Delegate of the Board of Directors of Juvenia and Manager of Breitling.
