Mr. Richard M. Olson has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company since November 2017. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer and President of the company from September 2015 to October 2016; Group Vice President of International Business, Global Ag-Irrigation Business and Distributor Development from June 2014 to August 2015. He joined the company in the year 1986 and held various positions such as Program Manager of Commercial Engineering, Manager of Advanced Manufacturing, Director of Shakopee Plant Operations; Managing Director of Northern Manufacturing Operations, General Manager of Exmark, and Vice President of Exmark.

Ms. Angela C. Drake has been the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since July 2023. Prior to this, he served as a Vice President, Finance and Vice President, Construction at The Toro Company. She previously served as the Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Treasurer at Charles Machine Works Inc from 2011 to 2019.

Mr. Edric C. Funk has been the Chief Operating Officer and President of the company since 2025. Previously, he was the Vice President of Golf, Grounds and Irrigation at the company.

Mr. Jody M. Christy has been the Vice President of BOSS business of the company since December 2018. Prior to this, he served as General Manager of BOSS from June 2016 to November 2018; Director of Engineering for BOSS, during acquisition of BOSS in November 2014 to May 2016.

Ms. Lori A. Riley has been the Vice President of Human Resources at the company since 2025. Prior to this, she worked at Northern Tool + Equipment as the Chief People and Administrative Officer. She held senior leadership positions at iMedia Brands, Inc., UnitedHealth Group, and Target Corporation.
