The company operates round the clock foreign exchange counters at the international airports of Mumbai, New Delhi, Kolkata, Chennai, Cochin, and Trivandrum. The foreign exchange business is further classified into two sub-segments: wholesale and retail. The Wholesale sub-segment offers currency buying and selling services to banks, fully fledged money chargers and restricted moneychangers, whereas, the retail sub-segment offers foreign exchange services to individual customers at TCIL shops, through call centers, through channel partners and in airport locations. The Financial Services segment also offers travel insurance services, which includes overseas travel insurance and domestic travel insurance.

Under leisure travel–inbound, the company organizes tours for India, Nepal, Sri Lanka, and Bhutan through its subsidiary SOTC Travel Services Private Limited, whereas the leisure travel – international service offers outbound tour packages across 50 Countries. Leisure travel – domestic caters to Indian nationals traveling within India. It offers booking services for air and train tickets through the company’s site. Under leisure travel – outbound, the company offers group tours, regional tours, festive tours, and individual tours. Its Corporate travel offers a complete range of facilities including air reservations, hotel reservations, land arrangements, passport or visa services, conference and incentive tour arrangements, and insurance and foreign exchange. MICE offers all travel requirements such as air tickets, accommodation, event management, FOREX, visas, and travel insurance. Travel and services’ visa and passport sub-segment offers visa assistance, which includes business visas, tourist visas, student visas, and work permits. It also offers passport assistance such as online applications, consultations on required documents, and obtaining appointments for submission.
