Mr. Madhavan Menon has been the Chairman of the company since 2023. He also serves as the Managing Director of the company. He also served as an Additional and Executive Director - Foreign Exchange of the company until April 2006. Previously, he worked as the Chief Operations and Administrative Officer of Birla Sunlife Asset Management Co. (AMC) Ltd, Citi Bank, and ANZ Grindlays Bank.

Mr. Mahesh Iyer has been the Managing Director and Chief Executive Office of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer, Chief Executive Officer, and Head of Foreign Exchange at Thomas Cook (India) Limited.

Ms. Sharmila A. Karve has been the Non-Executive Director of the company since May 2021. Previously, she held the position of Diversity and Inclusion Leader for PWC Global network Prior to this, she started her career with Lovelock and Lewes.

Mr. Sumit Maheshwari has been the Non-Executive Director of the company since September 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Fairbridge since May 2018 and also served as the Vice President at Fairbridge since July 2011. Previously, he worked at KPMG, India for five years in their audit and accounting advisory functions.
