Mr. Salvatore Rossi has been the Chairman of the company since April 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Deputy Governor of the Bank of Italy and President of the Insurance Supervisory Authority (IVASS) from 2013 to 2019. Previously, he served Bank of Italy in various roles, including as the Deputy Governor from 2012 to 2013, Secretary General and Advisor to the Governing Board for economic policy matters from 2011 to 2012, Managing Director for Economics, Statistics and Research from 2007 to 2011 and the Head of the Economic Research Department from 2000 to 2007.

Mr. Pietro Labriola has been the Chief Executive Officer, General Manager and Director of the company since November 2021. Previously, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of the company. He held several leading roles in the company since 2001 in respect to marketing. He also served as Managing Director at Matrix.

Mr. Adrian Calaza has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since March 2022. Prior to this role, he served as Chief Financial Officer at Grupo Arcor. Previously, he served as Chief Financial Officer at TIM Brasil. Mr. Calaza served as Chief Financial Officer at Telecom Argentina.

Mr. Eugenio Santagata has been the Chief Public Affairs and Security Officer of the company since April 2022. He also serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Telsy. Previously, he worked for the company Elettronica S.p.A., in various senior commercial and general management roles both in Italy and abroad. Prior to that, he served as the CEO for the company CY4GATE S.p.A. (of the Elettronica Group).

Mr. Elio Schiavo has been the Chief Enterprise and Innovative Solutions Officer of the company since May 2022. He also serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Noovle. Previously, he served at Apple Inc. as General Manager since 2014. Prior to that he held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Consodata SPA, Katalog AG, Thomsonlocal.com and Telegate AG.
