Mr. Takashi Uchida has been the Chairman of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the company's Chief Executive Officer, Director, President and Representative Corporate Executive officer from 2022 to 2023 and served as Director, President and Representative Corporate Executive officer, from 2021 to 2022. Mr. Uchida also served as the President and Representative Corporate Executive officer, from 2018 to 2021; as Executive Vice President and Chief Executive of the residential service division, from 2017 to 2018; as Director, Executive Vice President and Chief Executive of the residential sales and service division, from 2016 to 2017; and as Director, Senior Executive Officer, and Chief Executive of the Energy Resources business division, from 2015 to 2016.

Mr. Shinichi Sasayama has been the Chief Executive Officer, Director, Representative Executive Officer and President of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Representative Executive Officer and Vice President of the company from 2022 to 2023. Mr. Sasayama served as the Senior Managing Executive Officer and Head of Energy Supply and Demand Division of the company from 2021 to 2022. He was also the Director, Senior Managing Executive Officer, and General Manager of Energy Supply and Demand Division of the company from 2020 to 2021. Previously, Mr. Sasayama was also the Senior Managing Executive Officer, Head of Energy Supply and Demand Division from April 2020 to June 2020. He was also the Managing Executive Officer and General Manager of Digital Innovation Division, Corporate Planning Department, Corporate Innovation Project Department of the company from 2019 to 2020. Before this, he worked as the Managing Executive Officer, and General Manager of Digital Innovation Division at the company from 2018 to 2019. Mr. Sasayama was also the Executive Officer, and General Manager of Corporate Planning Department fo the company 2016 to 2018.

Mr. Kentaro Kimoto has been the Chief Technology Officer, Executive Officer, Executive Vice President, and Head of Green Transformation at the company since 2023. Prior to this, he was the Senior Managing Executive Officer, Chief Technology Officer, Chief Digital Officer and, Head of Digital Innovation Division at the company from 2022 to 2023. He also served as the Senior Managing Executive Officer and Head of Digital Innovation Division at the company from 2021 to 2022. Mr. Kimoto was also the Managing Executive Officer, General Manager of Energy Production Division, and General Manager of Digital Innovation Division of the company from 2020 to 2021. Previously, he worked as the Managing Executive Officer, and Head of Raw Materials and Production Division at the company from 2017 to 2020. He was also the Executive Officer and General Manager of Raw Materials Department, Resources & Overseas Division at the company from 2016 to 2017. Mr. Kimoto also worked as the Executive Officer and General Manager of Raw Materials Department, Mineral Resources Business Division at the company from 2015 to 2016.
