Mr. Takashi Uchida has been the Chairman of the company since 2023. Previously, he served as the company's Chief Executive Officer, Director, President and Representative Corporate Executive officer from 2022 to 2023. Prior to this, he served as Director, President and Representative Corporate Executive officer, from 2021 to 2022. Prior to this, he served as President and Representative Corporate Executive officer, from 2018 to 2021. Prior to this, he served as Representative Director, Executive Vice President and Chief Executive of the residential service division, from 2017 to 2018. Prior to this, he served as Representative Director, Executive Vice President and Chief Executive of the residential sales and service division, from 2016 to 2017. Prior to this, he served as Director, Senior Executive Officer, and Chief Executive of the Energy Resources business division, from 2015 to 2016. Prior to this, he served as Senior Executive Officer and Chief Executive of Energy Resources business division, since 2013 to 2015. Prior to this, he was Senior Executive Officer and in charge of Personnel, Internal Audit, Secretary and Compliance departments, from 2012 to 2013. Prior to this, he served as Executive Officer and General Manager of the Corporate Planning department, since 2010 to 2012. He joined the organization in 1979.

Mr. Shinichi Sasayama has been the Chief Executive Officer, Representative Executive Officer and President of the company since 2023. Previously, he served as the Representative Executive Officer and Vice President of the company from 2022 to 2023. Prior to this, he held various positions including, Managing Executive Officer, General Manager, Senior Managing Executive Officer, and Managing Executive Officer of the company from 2018 to 2022. Mr. Sasayama joined the company in 1986.
