Mr. Akio Toyoda has been the Chairman of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the President of the company from 2009 to 2023. Previously, he served as an Executive Vice President and Director for IT & ITS, quality, product management, purchasing, Japan and overseas sales, and overseas operations from 2005 to 2009. Mr. Toyoda served as the Chief Officer of the China Operations Group and the Asia, Oceania & Middle East Operations Group in 2005; Senior Managing Officer in 2003; Managing Director from 2002 to 2003; Chief Officer of the Asia & China Operations Center from 2001 to 2002 and served as the Member of the Board from 2000. Currently, he also served as the Chairman of Toyota Fudosan, Chairman of the Japan Automobile Manufacturers Association, Inc., Director of Denso Corporation, Director of Rookie Racing and Chairman of Toyota Gazoo.

Mr. Koji Sato has been the Vice Chairman and Chief Industry Officer of the company since April 2026. Previously, he was the President and Chief Executive Officer of the company. He also served as Executive General Manager of the company.

Mr. Yoichi Miyazaki has been the Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President and Director of the company since 2026. Previously, he served as Director, an Operating Officer, and a Vice President of Toyota Motor Corp from 2023 to 2025. He served as an Operating Officer of Toyota Motor Corporation from 2019 to 2022, and served as a Managing Officer of the company from 2015 to 2019.

Mr. Hiroki Nakajima has been the Executive Vice President, Direct and the Chief Technology Officer at the company since 2025. Prior to this, Mr. Nakajima served as the Director, the Operating Officer, and the Executive Vice President of Toyota Motor Corp from 2023 to 2025. Previously, he served as the Chief Technology Officer of Toyota Motor Corporation from 2023 to 2025. He also served as the President of CV Company of Toyota Motor Corp from 2021 to 2023, and served as the Operating Officer and the President of Mid-size Vehicle Company of Toyota Motor Corp from 2020 to 2021. He also served as the Executive General Manager of the company.

Mr. Kenta Kon has been the Chief Executive Officer of Toyota Motor Corp since 2026. Prior to this, Mr. Kon served as the Operating Officer and the President of Toyota Motor Corp from 2026 to 2026. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Toyota Motor Corp from 2025 to 2026. He also served as a Operating Officer of Toyota Motor Corp. He served as a Director and the Chief Financial Officer of Woven by Toyota, Inc, and served as a Representative Director and the Chief Financial Officer of Woven by Toyota, Inc. from 2023 to 2025.
