Mr. Horacio Jorge Tomas Turri has been the Chairman of the company since 2020. He is also the Chairman for CIESA. Mr. Turri serves as the Executive Director of Oil and Gas of Pampa Energia. From 1997-2000, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Hidroelectrica Piedra del Aguila. From 1994-1997, served as Chief Executive Officer of Gener Argentina S.A. Befire that, he worked as Development Assistant Manager at Central Puerto SA. Mr. Turri served as Investment Project’s Analyst at SACEIF Luis Dreyfus for the oil, gas, and electricity sectors from 1990-1992. From 1987-1990 and 1985-1987, he worked at Arthur Andersen & Co. and Schlumberger Wireline respectively.

Mr. Luis Alberto Fallo has been the Vice Chairman of the company since 2020. He also serves as the Director of Simali SA, President of Beau Lieu SA, President of Finca de Los Andes SA, President of PEPCA SA and Vice President of CIESA, President of TGSLatam Energia, and Vice President of Hosteria Las Balsas. SA, President of First Class Flights SA, Vice President of Aguas de Santiago SA. Mr. Fallo serves as the Director for Grupo Sielecki since 1992.

Mr. Oscar Jose Sardi has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2019. He held diversified positions in operations area from 1983-1992 at GdE. Mr. Sardi also served as Service Vice President from 2005, and subsequently appointed as Operations Director from 2016-2019 within the company. He acts as President of TGU and of Telcosur.

Mr. Alejandro Mario Basso has been the Chief Financial Officer and Services Vice President of the company since 2016. Additionally, he serves as the President of CTG, a Alternate Director of TGU, the Vice president of Telcosur S.A. and Gas Link S.A., and the Liquidator at EGS. From 2008-2016, Mr. Basso served as the Vice President of Management Control and Corporate Governance; from 1998-2008, as the Vice President of Planning and Control; from 1994-1998, as the Planning and Corporate Control Manager. From 1992-1994, he worked at Quitral-Co S.A. and from 1987-1992, at Compania Naviera Perez Companc.
