He held senior management roles at IAC Corp from 1998 to 2005 including the Chief Executive Officer of IAC Travel, an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of IAC Corp, and an Executive Vice President of Operations and Strategic Planning. Mr. Khosrowshahi served as the Vice President at Allen & Company LLC from 1995 to 1998; a Director of trivago, N.V. from 2016 until 2017, The New York Times Company from 2015 to 2017, and TripAdvisor Inc from 2011 to 2013. Currently, he serves as a Director of Expedia Group Inc, Aurora Innovation Inc, and Grab Holdings Ltd.

Mr. Prashanth Mahendra-Rajah has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as a Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Finance at Analog Devices from 2022 to 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President of Finance at the company from 2017 to 2022. Previously, he served the Chief Financial Officer of WABCO Holdings Inc from 2014 to 2017. Previously, he served as an Associate Attorney General of the United States from 2012 to 2014; and an Assistant Attorney General for the Civil Division in the US Department of Justice from 2009 to 2012. Mr. West also served as a Partner at Morrison & Foerster LLP from 2001 to 2009; a Special Assistant Attorney General at the California Department of Justice from 1999 until 2001; and an Assistant United States Attorney in the Northern District of California.

Ms. Nikki Krishnamurthy has been the Chief People Officer of the company since 2018. Prior to this, she served as the Chief People Officer of Expedia from 2016 to 2018; the Vice President of Expedia Local Expert; and the Vice President of Human Resources at Expedia from 2009 until 2013. Earlier, Ms. Krishnamurthy served as the Principal Human Resources Consultant at Washington Mutual Card Services from 2007 to 2009.

Mr. Sundeep Jain is the Chief Product Officer and Senior Vice President of Engineering at the company. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Product Management at Google, and the Vice President at Zynga.
