Mr. Kevin A. Plank has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of the company since April 2024. He also serves as the Director of the company. Previously, Mr. Plank served as the Chairman and Brand Chief of the company from January 2020 to March 2024. Prior to this, he served as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman from 1996 to 2019, President from 1996 to July 2008 and August 2010 to July 2017. He also serves as a Director of the National Football Foundation and College Hall of Fame Inc.

Mr. David E. Bergman has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2017. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President of Corporate Finance of the company from 2016 to 2017. Previously, he served as the Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller of the company from 2014 to 2016. Earlier, he also served as the Corporate Controller of the company from 2006 to 2014. He joined the company in 2004. Before joining Under Amour, Mr. Bergman worked as a Certified Public Accountant of Ernst & Young LLP and Arthur Andersen LLP.

Mr. Danny Miles has been the Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2023. He joined the company in 2021 and led the company's global IT teams, information security, enterprise data management and analytics, enterprise architecture, technology management and operations, corporate teammate services, enterprise applications, and digital storefront functions.

Ms. Mehri Shadman-Valavi has been the Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of the company since 2022. Prior to this, she served as the Deputy General Counsel of Corporate and Risk, and Vice President of Legal at the company from March 2019 to October 2022. Ms. Shadman-Valavi also worked as the Assistant Corporate Secretary of the company from January 2017 to October 2022. Earlier, she served as the Senior Director, Managing Counsel, and Corporate Affairs of the company from January 2017 to February 2019. She started her career as an associate at a large international law firm.

Ms. Tchernavia Rocker has been the Chief People and Administrative Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this, she served as the Chief People and Culture Officer of the company from 2019 to 2020. Previously, she served in Human Resources leadership positions including Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer from 2016 to 2019, and General Manager of Human Resources from 2012 to 2016 at Harley-Davidson Inc. Earlier, Ms. Rocker also served in various HR and operations roles at Goodyear Dunlop North America Tire Inc.
