Mr. Mohamed A. El-Erian has been the Chairman of the company since 2024. Currently, he serves as Chief Economic Advisor of Allianz, the corporate parent of PIMCO. Prior to this, Mr. El-Erian served as Chief Executive Officer and Co-Chief Investment Officer of PIMCO. He also served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Harvard Management Company. Mr. El-Erian was the Chair of the US President’s Global Development Council. Previously, he served as the Managing Director at Salomon Smith Barney/Citigroup in London. Earlier, he served at the International Monetary Fund for 15 years.

Mr. Kevin A. Plank has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of the company since April 2024. He also serves as the Director of the company. Prior to this, Mr. Plank served as the Chairman and Brand Chief of the company from January 2020 to March 2024. Previously, he served as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman from 1996 to 2019, and as President from 1996 to July 2008 and from 2010 to 2017. He also serves as a Director of the National Football Foundation and College Hall of Fame Inc.

Mr. Reza Taleghani has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since February 2026. Prior to this, he served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer of Samsonite Group from 2018 to 2026. Prior to joining Samsonite, Mr. Taleghani served as President and Chief Financial Officer of Brightstar Corp. Previously, he worked at J.P. Morgan, where he held various leadership roles in investment banking, commercial banking, and asset management from 2009 to 2015. Mr.Taleghani also served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Sterling Airlines A/S in 2008.

Mr. Eric Liedtke has been the Chief Marketing Officer and Executive Vice President of Strategy of the company since 2026. Prior to this, he served as Brand President from 2025 to 2026. He was the Executive Vice President, Brand Strategy. Previously, he was the Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of UNLESS COLLECTIVE, INC. He spent 26 years at adidas Group, holding senior positions in footwear marketing and executive roles as Vice President of Brand Marketing, Senior Vice President of Sports Performance Brand Marketing, and Head of Sports Performance, culminating in his roles as Brand President and Executive Board Member from 2014 to 2019.

Ms. Kara Trent has been the Chief Merchandising Officer of the company since January 2026. Prior to this, she served as the President of the Americas from 2024 to 2026, and as Senior Vice President and Managing Director of EMEA from 2021 to 2024. Previously, she served as Senior Director of EMEA Merchandising and Planning from 2019 to 2021; Senior Director of North America Merchandising and Visual Merchandising. Earlier, Ms. Trent served in various leadership roles in Footwear and Apparel Merchandising and Planning at PUMA North America from 2007 to 2015. She began her career at Reebok International from 2002 to 2007.
