Mr. David S. Sutherland has been the Chairman of the company since 2008. Prior to this, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of IPSCO Inc. Previously, he served as the Chairman of American Iron and Steel Institute; and as a Director of International Iron and Steel Institute, Steel Manufacturers Association, National Association of Manufacturers, and the Canadian Steel Producers Association.

Mr. David B. Burritt has been the President, Director, and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2017. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice President, and Chief Financial Officer of the company. He also served as the Head of the company’s North American Flat-rolled commercial operations and corporate support services. Earlier, he served for Caterpillar Inc as the Chief Financial Officer. Currently, he serves as a Director of Lockheed Martin and is a member of the National Safety Council, and the Business Council.

Ms. Jessica Graziano has been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2022. Prior to this, she served as an Executive Vice President and the Chief Financial Officer from 2018 to July 2022 at United Rentals, Inc. Earlier, she was a Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer and Corporate Controller at Revlon, Inc.

Mr. Christian Gianni has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of the company since December 2022. Prior to this he served as the Executive Leader for Product Development and Manufacturing at Deka Research & Development Corporation. He held various roles across engineering, product development, and technology at Whirlpool Corporation including Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President of Product Development. Earlier, he served various roles with Fisher & Paykel Appliances including Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of Engineering.

Mr. Scott D. Buckiso has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Manufacturing Officer of North American Flat-Rolled at the company since 2020. He also served as Senior Vice President of Automotive Solutions at the company. Prior to this, he served as a Senior Vice President and Vice President of European Solutions and President of U. S. Steel Kosice. He also served as Plant Manager of US Steel Canada’s Lake Erie Works and Plant Manager of Finishing at Gary Works.
