Mr. David S. Sutherland has been the Chairman of the company since 2008. Prior to this, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of IPSCO Inc. Previously, he served as the Chairman of American Iron and Steel Institute; and as a Director of International Iron and Steel Institute, Steel Manufacturers Association, National Association of Manufacturers, and the Canadian Steel Producers Association.

Mr. David B. Burritt has been the President, Director, and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2017. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice President, and Chief Financial Officer of the company. He also served as the Head of the company’s North American Flat-rolled commercial operations and corporate support services. Earlier, he served for Caterpillar Inc as the Chief Financial Officer. Currently, he serves as a Director of Lockheed Martin and is a member of the National Safety Council, and the Business Council.

Mr. Kevin M. Lewis has been the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Tubular Solutions of the company since June 2025. Previously, he served as the Vice President of Finance and Strategy at the company from 2021 to 2024. Prior to this, he held the position of Management Associate in Financial Planning and Analysis at the company from 2008 to 2021. He also led the Transition Execution Office and North American Flat-rolled and Tubular Financial Planning and Analysis.

Mr. Manpreet S. Grewal has been the Chief Accounting Officer, Controller and Vice President for USSC since 2020. Previously, he served as the Vice President, Controller and the Chief Accounting Officer at Covanta Holding Corporation. Previously, Mr. Grewal held various roles in areas of internal audit, accounting, controllership and financial planning and analysis for fourteen years at Tyco / Johnson Controls Inc.

Mr. Christian Gianni has been the Senior Vice President of Sustainability and Chief Technology Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Leader for Product Development and Manufacturing at Deka Research & Development Corporation. He held various roles across engineering, product development, and technology at Whirlpool Corporation including Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President of Product Development. Earlier, he served various roles with Fisher & Paykel Appliances including Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of Engineering.
