Mr. Takahiro Mori has been the Chairman of the company since 2025. He also serves as a Director, the Vice Chairman, an Executive Vice President at Nippon Steel Corporation. Prior to this, Mr. Mor served as a Director, Executive Vice President, and Head of Global Business Development since 2021. He also served as the Managing Executive Officer and Head of the Plate Unit and Pipe & Tube Unit from 2020 to 2021, Executive Vice President of Usiminas Siderurgicas de Minas Gerais S.A. from 2016 to 2020, and Executive Officer of the Flat Products Unit from 2014 to 2016.

Mr. David B. Burritt has been the President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the company since 2017. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice President, and Chief Financial Officer of the company. He also served as the Head of the company’s North American Flat-rolled commercial operations and corporate support services. Earlier, he served for Caterpillar Inc as the Chief Financial Officer. Currently, he serves as a Director of Lockheed Martin and is a member of the National Safety Council, and the Business Council.

Mr. Kevin M. Lewis has been the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Head of Tubular Solutions of the company since June 2025. Previously, he served as the Vice President of Finance and Strategy at the company from 2021 to 2024. Prior to this, he held the position of Management Associate in Financial Planning and Analysis at the company from 2008 to 2021. He also led the Transition Execution Office and North American Flat-rolled and Tubular Financial Planning and Analysis.

Mr. Christian Gianni has been the Senior Vice President of Sustainability and Chief Technology Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Leader for Product Development and Manufacturing at Deka Research & Development Corporation. He held various roles across engineering, product development, and technology at Whirlpool Corporation including Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President of Product Development. Earlier, he served various roles with Fisher & Paykel Appliances including Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of Engineering.

Ms. Tara Carraro has been a Senior Vice President and the Chief Communications Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, she served as an Executive Vice President and the Chief Corporate Affairs Officer for Nestle Waters North America (NWNA). Earlier, Ms. Carraro was the Senior Vice President of Communications for WWE – an integrated media organization. She held a variety of Corporate Affairs and Communications roles at Heineken USA, the Altria family of companies and Pepsi-Cola International.
