Mr. Jonathan Mason has been the Chairman of the company since 2013. Prior to this, he worked as non-executive director for Zespri Group Limited, Westpac New Zealand Limited and Air New Zealand Limited specifically focusing on Finance sector in both New Zealand and the United State of America. Mr. Mason also served for various positions in several companies such as International Paper, ExxonMobil Corporation, Carter Holt Harvey, Cabot Corporation and Fonterra in his starting phase of the career.

Mr. Simon Mackenzie has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2008. Previously, he served various positions in the company.

Mr. Jason Hollingworth has been the Chief Financial Officer of Vector since 2019. Prior to this, he held various financial roles including Chief Financial Officer at SKY TV and TelstraClear; Investment Manager of Ngai Tahu Holdings; Executive Director of AsiaPower and Director of Southpac Corp.

Mr. John Rodger is the Chief Legal and Assurance Officer, and Company Secretary of the company. He joined Vector in the year 2006. Prior to this, he held legal roles in major corporates and in professional services firms in London, the Cayman Islands and New Zealand.

Ms. Sarah Williams is the Chief Marketing and Communications Officer of the company. Prior to this, she has served as the Managing Director at Porter Novelli. Ms. Williams has an experience of over 30 years in communication- related roles, and it ranges from crisis management, stakeholder engagement, reputation management, to consumer PR, brand management, internal communications, digital and social.
