Mr. Michael Strugl has been the Chief Executive Officer company since 2021. Prior to this, he has served as the Vice-Chairman of the Board of the company from 2019 to 2021. Previously, he served as the Vice-Provincial Governor, as a member of the Upper Austrian Provincial Government, Spokesman for economics, labor, research, science, energy, tourism, regional planning, provincial holding, Europe and sports from 2013 to 2018. He also served as the OVP Club Chairman and Member of parliament in the Provincial Parliament of Upper Austria from 2001 to 2013. He served as a Member of the Bundesrat (Chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee). He also served as the Creative Director of Zoffel-Hoff & Partner, Wiesbaden.

Mr. Peter F. Kollmann has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2014. Prior to this, he has served as the Vice President of Investment Banking at Salomon Brothers International Ltd and London Salomon Brothers Inc. Previously, he served as Managing Director and Co-founder of Dumas West & Co. HE served as Executive Director of Lehman Brothers International. He also served as Vice-Chairman of Investment Banking Europe at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

Mr. Achim Kaspar has been the Chief Operating Officer of the Board of Verbund AG since 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Managing Director of Cisco Systems Austria, Slovenia and Croatia from 2008 to 2018. Previously, Mr. Kaspar served as a Board Member of eTel Austria AG from 2002 to 2002. He served as the Managing Director of MCI WorldCom Telecommunication Services Austria GmbH from 1999 to 1999. Previously, he served as the Head of the Marketing and Sales Department of Telering from 1996 to 1996. He served as a Senior Adviser to the President of the UCPTE of Osterreichischen Elektrizitatswirtschaft AG (Verbund AG).

Ms. Susanna Zapreva has been the Chief Renewables Officer at Verbund AG since 2024. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Executive Officer of enercity AG from 2016 to 2023. Previously, Ms. Zapreva served as the Managing Director of Wien Energie GmbH from 2010 to 2016. She served as the Managing Director of Wienstrom GmbH from 2009 to 2011. She served as a University Assistant of the Technical University of Vienna from 1997 to 2001.

Mr. Martin Ohneberg has been the chairman of the company since 2019. Currently, he also serves as the Managing Partner of HENN Industrial Group GmbH & Co KG; a member of the board of directors of Aluflexpack AG; and Switzerland (president), and a member of the supervisory boards of VARTA AG.
