Dr. Jeffrey M. Leiden has been the Executive Chairman of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the company; Managing Director at Clarus Ventures; President, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Scientific Officer of Abbott Laboratories Pharmaceuticals Products Group; Director of Abbott Laboratories; Vice Chairman of Shire plc; Director of PathAI, Millenium Pharmaceuticals, Quest Diagnostics, TAP Pharmaceuticals and Tmunity Therapeutics; Chairman of the MACP; and as a Member of the Harvard Medical School Board of Fellows. Dr. Leiden has also served as a Professor of Medicine, Pathology and Chief of Cardiology, and Director of the Cardiovascular Research Institute at the University of Chicago, Professor of Biological Sciences at the Harvard School of Public Health, and Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School. Currently, he also serves as Director of the Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Co; Chairman of Odyssey Therapeutics; Chairman of Casana; Member of the MIT CEO Advisory Board; Director of the Massachusetts Competitive Partnership; and as a Member of the Massachusetts’ Governor’s Digital Healthcare Council, the Governor’s Task Force on Artificial Intelligence, and the Governor’s STEM Advisory Council.

Dr. Reshma Kewalramani has been the President, Chief Executive Officer, and Director of the company since 2020. Prior to this, she served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Medical Officer; Senior Vice President of Late Development for the company. Ms. Kewalramani has also served as Director of Ginkgo Bioworks; Vice President and Head of US Medical Organization for Amgen Inc; and as Industry Representative to the FDA’s Endocrine and Metabolic Drug Advisory Committee.

Mr. Charles F. Wagner Jr. has been the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2025. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President, Finance at Ortho Clinical Diagnostics Inc; Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Bruker Corp; Chief Financial Officer at Progress Software Corp; and as Chief Financial Officer at Millipore Corp. Mr. Wagner has also served as the Director with Good Start Genetics Inc and as Director of Bruker Corp. Currently, he also serves as Directors of The TJX Companies Inc.

Ms. Joy Liu has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer of the company since March 2026. Prior to this, she served as the Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Corporate Secretary & Chief Risk Officer of the company. Previously, she served as the Vice President, Commercial and Regulatory Legal of the company.

Dr. Carmen Bozic has been the Executive Vice President for Global Medicines Development and Medical Affairs and Chief Medical Officer since 2020. Prior to this she served as Senior Vice President and Head of Global Clinical Development of the company. Dr. Bozic has also served as a Senior Vice President of Global Development and Portfolio Transformation and as Senior Vice President of Clinical and Safety Sciences for Biogen Inc; Industry Representative to the FDA’s Risk Communication Advisory Committee; Member of Board of Managers at BioMotiv; Chief Resident in Internal Medicine at McGill University; and as Associate Physician at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and Harvard Medical School. Currently, she also serves at the Clinical Advisory Committee at Akili Interactive.
