Mr. Steven E. West has been the Chairman of the company since 2014. Prior to this, he served as the Director of Diamondback since December 2011 and Chairman since October 2012. Mr. West also served as the Chief Executive Officer of Diamondback from January 2009 to December 2011. He was also the Senior Portfolio Advisor at Wexford from 2006 to 2010. Mr. West also served as the Chief Financial Officer of Sunterra Corporation from 2003 to 2006. Before this, he also held senior financial positions at Coast Asset Management and IndyMac Bank. Currently, he also serves as the Chairman of Rattler since 2019.

Mr. Kaes Van’t Hof has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2025. Prior to this, he was also the President of the company from 2017 to 2025. He was also the Director of the company. He was also the Senior Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development at Diamondback. Mr. Hof was also the Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development at Diamondback. Previously, he was also the Chief Executive Officer for Bison Drilling and Field Services from 2012 to 2016. Mr. Travis D. Stice is the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2014. Previously, he worked as the Chief Executive Officer of Diamondback from 2012 to 2014. Priot to this, he was also the President and Chief Operating Officer of Diamondback from 2011 to 2012. He also worked as a Production Manager of Apache Corporation. He was also the Vice President of Laredo Petroleum Holdings, Inc from 2008 to 2010. Preceding this, he was also the Development Manager of Burlington Resources Mid-Continent Business Unit. Before this, he also held a series of positions of increasing responsibilities at Burlington Resources.

Ms. Teresa L. Dick has been the Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President, and Assistant Secretary of the company since 2017. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President, and Assistant Secretary of the company from February 2014 to February 2017. She also worked as the Corporate controller of of Diamondback from 2007 to 2017. Ms. Dick also held various positions at Diamondback including Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from 2017 to 2019. She also worked as the Assistant Secretary at Diamondback. and Corporate Controller since November 2007. She also served as the Controller/Tax Director at Hiland Partners and also serves as the Director of The Bank7 Corp.

Mr. Barkmann has served as our Executive Vice President and Chief Engineer since 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President of Reservoir Engineering at Diamondback. He was also the Vice President of Reservoir Engineering at Diamondback from 2019 to 2021. Mr. Barkmann was also the Manager of Reservoir Engineering at Diamondback. Previously, he was also the Manager of Reservoir Engineering at Energen Resources Corporation. Currently he serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Engineer of Diamondback.
