Ms. Catherine Dugmore has been the Chairman of the company since February 2025. Previously, she served as Director of Cambridgeshire Community Services NHS Trust and Hertfordshire and West Essex ICB. Prior to this, she held several board positions within the NHS over the last 12 years, including roles as Vice Chair of Action for Children, Chair of Victim Support and as a Trustee of the Royal Botanic Gardens Kew and WWF UK. Currently, she also serves as Director of Cambridgeshire Community Services NHS Trust and Hertfordshire and West Essex ICB.

Mr. Matthew Coats has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since July 2022. Previously, he served several roles at the Department of Health, the Ministry of Justice, the Home Office and the Cabinet Office. Prior to this, he served as the Operations Director and the Deputy Chief Executive at East Kent Hospitals NHS Trust.

Mr. Rodney Pindai has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since February 2025. Previously, he served as Director of Contracts and Commerce of the company from 2018 to 2025. Prior to this, he held several senior leadership roles, including at Hillingdon Hospitals NHSFT. Earlier, Mr. Pindai served as a Finance Trainee in Brighton, Sussex.

Ms. Rachel Thorman has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2024. Previously, she served as the Chief Operational Information Officer at the Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust. Prior to this, she served as a Management Consultant for GE Healthcare. Earlier, she served several roles at the Division of Medicine and Emergency Care at Hillingdon Hospital.

Mr. Paul Bannister has been the Chief Information Officer of the company since 2019. Previously, he served as a Director of Contracting and Analytics and Chief Operating Officer at North East London Commissioning Support Unit.
