Mr. Marc R. Bitzer has been the Chairman, and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2019. He also serves as a Director of BMW AG. Previously, he served as the Vice President of Bauknecht brand group. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President of Marketing Sales and Services of Whirlpool Europe. He also served as the President of Whirlpool Europe. Earlier, Mr. Bitzer served as the President of Whirlpool North America and President of U.S. operations from 2009 to 2013. He also worked with the Boston Consulting Group.

Mr. James W. Peters has been the Chief Financial and Administrative Officer of the company since 2024. He also served as the Executive Vice President and President of Whirlpool Asia since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Corporate Controller, Vice President, and Chief Accounting Officer, and the Chief Financial Officer for North American Region and Vice President of the company. Previously, Mr. Peters served as the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Whirlpool EMEA. He joined the company in 2004 and held several director positions at various departments. Mr. Peters also served as the Manager of Internal Audit at Limited Brands and Consulting Manager of Ernst & Young.

Ms. Carey L. Martin has been the Chief Human Resources Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2019. Prior to this, she served as the Vice President of Global Human Resources of the company. Ms. Martin served as the Vice President of Human Resources North America of the company. Previously, she held various positions at Eaton Corporation for 13 years, including the Vice President of Human Resources for Hydraulics Group.
