R&D Overview
R&D efforts focus on developing and introducing differentiated products. It integrates technologies such as big data and artificial intelligence to improve production output and optimize the utilization of green energy. The company has eight R&D centers in China. During the year, the company’s permanent magnet direct drive (PMDD) GP21 platform has launched GW165-4.2 and GW171-3.6/3.85 turbines targeting the low and low-to-medium wind speed market; 3S/4S platform has rolled out GW165-5.0 turbines targeting the medium-to-high speed market.
