Mr. Wu Gang has been the Chairman of Goldwind since June 2013. Prior to this, he served as the Party Secretary of Xinjiang New Energy (Group) Co Ltd from 2013 and 2018. Previously, he served as the company's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer from 2006 to 2013; Chairman and General Manager from 2002 to 2006; and General Manager from 1997 to 2002. Earlier, Mr. Gang also worked as the Deputy General Manager of Xinjiang Wind Energy Co Ltd from 1993 to 1997; and Director of Wind Farm of Xinjiang Wind Energy Company from 1987 to 1993.

Mr. Cao Zhigang has been the President and Director of Goldwind since 2019. Prior to this, he served as the company's Executive Vice President from 2010 to 2019; Vice President from 2006 to 2010; Director of Chief Engineer Office and Deputy Chief Engineer from 2005 to 2006; and Director of Electronic Control Division from 2002 to 2005.

Mr. Wang Hongyan has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since September 2021. Prior to this, he served as the joint President and Chief Financial Officer of TOJOY Shared Business Incubation Investment Group Co Ltd from March 2020 to August 2021; a Director of Visionox Technology Co Ltd from November 2016 to February 2020; Financial Director and Vice Executive President of Datang Telecom Technology Co Ltd from December 2005 to November 2016; and Chief Financial Officer of Beijing Konruns Pharmaceutical Co Ltd from 2004 to 2005.
