Mr. Yoshihiro Hidaka has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of the company since 2018. Previously, he served as the Executive General Manager of Corporate Planning & Finance Center at the company. He also served as the Executive General Manager of 2nd Business Unit of MC Business Operations, Executive General Manager of 3rd Business Unit of MC Business Operations at Yamaha Motor Co Ltd and Vice President of Yamaha Motor Corporation, USA.

Mr. Satoshi Yamahata has been the Managing Executive Officer, Director, Executive General Manager Corporate Administration Unit of the company since 2023. Previously, he served as an Executive General Manager of Human Resources and General Administration Unit in 2020. He also served as the Executive General Manager of Corporate Management Unit of the company in 2016. Prior to this, he served as a Director and Senior Operating Officer of the company from 2015 to 2016. Previously, Mr. Yamahata served as the Executive General Manager of Operations Unit, General Manager of Corporate Planning Division, Operating Officer and General Manager of Accounting and Finance Division of the company. Mr. Yamahata joined the company in 1988.

Mr. Takuya Nakata has been the Chairman of the company since April 2024. Previously, he served as a Director, President and Representative Executive Officer of the company in 2017. He also served as the President of Yamaha Music Foundation, and Director of Yamaha Motor Co Ltd. Previously, he worked as the Senior Operating Officer of the company. Earlier, Mr. Nakata served as the Director and President of Yamaha Corporation of America.

Mr. Hiromichi Shinohara has been a Director of the company since 2021. He also serves as the Chairman of Nippon Telegraph And Telephone Corp. Prior to this, he held various positions including Senior Executive Vice President, Head of Research and Development Planning, Senior Vice President and Head of the Information Sharing Laboratory Group of Nippon Telegraph And Telephone Corp.
