YouGov Plc: Executives

Mr. Steve Hatch has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since August 2023. Prior to this, he also served as a Vice President for Northern Europe and Regional Director for the UK at Meta. previously he served at WPP, Omnicom and Y&R.

Mr. Alexander George McIntosh has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of YouGov’s UK business from 2015 to 2016. Mr. George joined the company in 2007.

Mr. Sundip Chahal has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2014. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of YouGov MENA in 2010. He also served as the Chief Operating Officer of YouGov’s MENA business in 2009. Mr. Chahal served as the Sales Director of BrandIndex for YouGov’s UK business and the Managing Director of Data Products in 2008.

Ms. Tilly Heald has been the Chief Governance and Compliance Officer and Secretary of the company since 2015. Previously, she served in the media industry in the UK and Australia. Ms. Heald joined the company in 2010.

Mr. Stephan Shakespeare has been the Chairman of the company since August 2023. Prior to this, he served as a Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company from 2000 to 2023. He served as the Chairman of the Data Strategy Board for the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills from 2012 to 2013. He also serves as Commissioner of Social Metrics Commission.
