Mr. David Gibbs has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since January 2020 and served as a Director since November 2019. Previously, Mr. Gibbs served President and Chief Operating Officer, where he had global operating leadership of the KFC, Pizza Hut and Taco Bell divisions. Prior to this, he was President and Chief Financial Officer from 2016 to 2019 and worked as the Chief Architect of Yum! Brands’ financial, refranchising and restaurant development strategy.

Mr. Christopher Turner has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since August 2019. Prior to this, he served as a Senior Vice President and General Manager for Pepsico’s Walmart business, the US from December 2017 to July 2019. Mr. Turner also served as the Senior Vice President of Transformation in PepsiCo’s Frito-Lay North America business from July 2017 to December 2017 and Senior Vice President of Strategy for Frito-Lay from February 2016 to June 2017. Previously, he served as a partner in Dallas office of McKinsey & Company.

Ms. Tracy Skeans serves has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since January 2021 and its Chief People Officer from January 2016. Prior to this, she served as Chief Transformation Officer of the company from November 2016 to December 2020. Previously, she served as the President of Pizza Hut International from January 2015 to December 2015. Ms. Skeans also served as the Chief People Officer Global for Pizza Hut from December 2013 to December 2014. She also served as the Chief People Officer at Pizza Hut US from 2011 to 2013. She also served as a Director of Human Resources at Pizza Hut U.S. from 2009 to 2011. Before joining the company, she worked at Union Switch & Signal in an International treasury role.

Mr. Gavin Felder has been the Chief Strategy Officer of the company since 2020. Previously, he served in various positions at the company including as Chief Financial Officer of KFC Global from 2014 to 2019, Chief Financial Officer of KFC Africa, and Director of Commercial at KFC U.K. Earlier, he worked with Carphone Warehouse PLC and Ernst & Young LLP.

Mr. Ken Muench is the Chief Marketing Officer of the company and the co-founder of The Collider Lab. Previously Mr. Muench led Strategic Planning at Foote Cone & Belding OC and all of the North American Multicultural offices. Prior to that, he was a Creative Director and Strategy Director at various multicultural and urban creative boutique advertising agencies.
