The client wanted to understand and explore new sales opportunities that exist in the short, medium and long term across the UK central government.

Our Solution

Analysts consolidated existing in-house databases together with the Transactions Explorer dataset published by the UK Cabinet Office to create a long-list of ~90 central government organisations; which was then reduced to a short list of 10 organisations.

Outcome

Each organisation was profiled as to size of the contact centre operations, an overview of the technology installed base, an evaluation of the organisation’s digital strategy, procurement arrangements etc. including potential value of the opportunity.
