Client has a late-stage pipeline diagnostic product for pancreatic fistula (PF), and sought comprehensive commercial assessment in the US and EU5 market landscape. Information on current standard of PF detection, number of high-risk pancreatic surgery performed in these markets, competitive landscape, and surgeons’ opinion on client’s device were needed.

Our Solution
