Mr. Harm Ohlmeyer has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2017. He served as the Senior Vice President of Sales Strategy and Excellence of the company from 2014 to 2016 and Senior Vice President of Digital Brand Commerce from 2011 to 2014. Mr. Ohlmeyer held various positions at adidas including, the Senior Vice President of Finance TaylorMade-adidas Golf, Senior Vice President of Finance for Global Sales, and Senior Vice President of Finance adidas Brand. He joined the company in 1998.

Mr. Alasdhair Willis has been the Chief Creative Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Creative Director of British heritage brand Hunter.

Mr. Bjorn Gulden has been the Chief Executive Officer of global brands of the company since January 2023. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of PUMA SE. He served as the Managing Director of the Deichmann Group, and President and Chief Executive Officer of Deichmann’s US-American subsidiary Rack Room Shoes. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President of Apparel and Accessories at the company from 1992 to 1999. He also served as the Head of Product, Marketing and Sourcing at Helly Hansen.

Mr. Thomas Rabe has been the Chairman of the company since 2020. He also serves as Chairman and the Chief Executive Officer of Bertelsmann since 2012. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Bertelsmann AG from 2006 to 2011. Previously, Dr. Rabe also served as the Chief Financial Officer at RTL Group from 2000 to 2005; Chief Financial Officer of Clearstream International from 1996 to 2000; Head of Acquisitions at Beteiligungsgesellschaft Neue Lander from 1993 to 1995; Director Controlling at Treuhandanstalt from 1991 to 1993; Associate at the Forrester Norall & Sutton law firm from 1990 to 1991; and Directorate-General for Financial Institutions and Corporate Law at European Commission from 1989 to 1990.
