Co-Chairman Executive BoardMr. DeVos is the Co-Chairman of the company. He held various leadership roles for the company in Europe, the Americas and Asia. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman of the World Federation of Direct Selling Associations from 2014 to 2017. Earlier, he served as the Chairman of the U.S. Direct Selling Association from 2003 to 2004.
Steve Van Andel
Co-Chairman Executive BoardMr. Steve Van Andel has been the Chairman of the company since 1995. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Amway’s business operations in North and South America and as the Vice President of Marketing for Amway. Mr. Andel also served as the Chairman of the US Chamber of Commerce and also served as a member in several committees such as the US China Business Council and the US Korea Business Council. He also served as the Chairman of the Economic Club of Grand Rapids from 2014 to 2015. Currently, he serves on the Boards of Directors of the Gerald R. Ford Presidential Foundation, Business Leaders for Michigan, West Michigan Policy Forum and Metro Health Hospital. Mr. Andel also serves on the Dean’s Advisory Board for the Seidman College of Business at Grand Valley State University and on the board of Hillsdale College.
Michael Nelson
Chief Executive Officer; President Senior ManagementMr. Michael Nelson is the Chief Executive Officer and President of the company. Previously, he served as the company’s Chief Information Officer, Vice President of Amway Global Strategic Planning and as a Director of Amway’s Project Management and Strategic Procurement. Previously, he also served on the board of Directors of the Grand Rapids Area Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Nelson joined the company in 1992 and held various senior leadership positions.
