Mr. Pierre Beaudoin has been the Chairman of the company since February 2026 and Director of the company since 2019. Previously, he was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Bombardier Inc. Prior to this, he served as Executive Vice President of Bombardier Inc. Prior to that, he was the President and Chief Operating Officer of Bombardier Aerospace Services Limited.

Mr. Denis Le Vot has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since February 2026. Previously, he was the he held various positions in Renault Group, including Executive Vice President and Chief Executive Officer of the Dacia Brand; Senior Vice President of the Light Commercial Vehicle Business Unit of the Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi Alliance; Senior Vice President and President of Nissan North America; Senior Vice President and President of the Eurasia Region.

Mr. Sebastien Martel has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since May 2014. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President of Strategy and Business Development. He was also the Vice President of Finance & Controls and Director of Financial Information at the company. Mr. Martel has also served as a Senior Manager in audit at a major international accounting firm. He currently serves in the board of directors for TFI International.

Mr. Stephane Bilodeau has been the Chief Information Officer of the company since October 2022. Prior to this, he was the Chief Information Officer at Business Development Bank of Canada from 2017 to 2022. He was also the Head of FinTech Canada Forum from 2015 to 2016. Previously, he was also the Chief Operating Officer of National Bank of Canada from 2012 to 2015. Mr. Bilodeau was also the Executive Vice-President of Operations at Montreal Exchange from 2007 to 2009. Before this, he was the Senior Vice-President at DMR Consulting.

Mr. Thomas Uhr has been the Chief Technology Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as Senior Vice-President for Product Engineering & Manufacturing Operations of the Powersports Group from 2018 to 2022. HE was also the Vice President of Powertrain. Mr. Uhr was also the Vice President for R&D/Operations of Lynx snowmobile under the company. He has also served as Director of Manufacturing at Ballard Power Systems. Previosuly, he was also the Head of R&D prototyping and testing activities at Mercedes Benz. Mr. Uhr was also the General Manager of MDC Power GmbH. Prior to this, he also worked as the Plant Manager of Mercedes Benz’s Berlin operations.
