CenterPoint Energy Inc (CenterPoint) is an energy utility company which carries out electric transmission and distribution, and natural gas distribution. It also carries out natural gas sales and services and provides pipeline services and other field services. CenterPoint markets regulated intrastate natural gas, provides natural gas transportation services and offers unregulated services comprising residential appliance repair and maintenance. It also sells heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment. CenterPoint provides gathering, processing, compression, treating, dehydration, and natural gas liquids fractionation for natural gas producers.
