Mr. Jason P. Wells has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since January 2024. Prior to this, he served as a President, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Operating Officer of the company. Previously, he served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this role, he served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at PG&E Corp from June 2019 to September 2020; and Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of PG&E Corporation from January 2016 to June 2019. Prior to this, he also served as the Vice President of Business Finance of Pacific Gas and Electric Company from August 2013 to January 2016. Previously, he held various finance and accounting leadership roles at Pacific Gas and Electric Company.

Ms. Lynne Harkel-Rumford has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, she served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of the company from July 2020 to January 2022. Prior to joining the company, she also served as the Vice President of Total Rewards and Technology from September 2014 to July 2020. Previously, she also served as the Associate General Counsel of Total Rewards and Technology from 2007 to 2014.

Mr. Tony Gardner has been the Chief Customer Officer of the company since January 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President, Customer Experience of the company.

Mr. Earl M. Cummings has been the Chairman of the company since August 2023. He serves as a Director of the company. Prior to this, he served as a Chief Executive Officer of The BTS Team and Managing Partner of MCM Houston Properties, LLC, Chief Executive Officer of BestAssets, Inc.
