Mr. Timothy P. Boyle has been the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, and President of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as Interim Chairman of the company from 2019 to 2020. Mr. Boyle has been a Director of the company since 1978. He joined the company in 1971 as General Manager. He also serves as a Director of Northwest Natural Holding Company and Northwest Natural Gas Company.

Mr. Jim A. Swanson has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company from 2017 to 2020 and as the Vice President of Finance in 2015. Previously, Mr. Swanson served as a senior tax and business advisory associate at Arthur Andersen and held various financial planning and analysis, tax and accounting roles, including senior financial analyst at Tality Corporation and Freightliner Corporation. Mr. Swanson joined the company as Global Senior Financial Analyst in 2003.

Mr. Peter J. Bragdon has been the Chief Administrative Officer, Executive Vice President, and General Counsel of the company since 2015. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President of Legal and Corporate Affairs and Secretary of the company. He joined the company in 1999 as the Senior Counsel and Director of Intellectual Property. Mr. Bragdon served as Chief of Staff in the Oregon Governor’s office from 2003 to 2004 and as an Attorney in the corporate securities and finance group at Stoel Rives LLP from 1993 to 1999. Earlier, Mr. Bragdon also served as Special Assistant Attorney General for the Oregon Department of Justice.

Ms. Lisa A. Kulok has been an Executive Vice President and Chief Supply Chain Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this, she served as the Senior Vice President of Global Supply Chain Operations and Manufacturing of the company. Ms. Kulok joined the company in 2008 as Senior Director of Global Planning. Previously, she held various leadership positions at Nike Inc, including Director of Regional Planning and USA Apparel Marketplace Planning Director.

Mr. Skip Potter has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Digital Information Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this role, he served as Chief Technology Officer and Managing Vice President of Engineering at Nike. Previously, he served as Vice President of Technology Innovation at Capital One. Earlier, he also served as the Chief Information Officer and Chief Technology Officer at British Telecommunication’s Enterprise Group.
