Mr. Nikolai Setzer has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he worked as Member of the Executive Board and Tire Division, Passenger and Light Truck Tires Division. He was also the Head of Passenger and Light Truck Tires Division, Executive Vice President of Business Unit PLT Replacement Europe & Africa, Vice President of Original Equipment Key Account Management (Europe & Asia, The Americas) and held various functions within Original Equipment Key Account Management & Product Development of the company. Currently, Mr. Setzer serves as the Group Compliance and Group Law and Intellectual Property since November 2021.

Ms. Katja Garcia Vila has been Chief Financial Officer of the company since December 2021. Prior to this, she served as the company's Head of Finance, Controlling and IT for the ContiTech Business Area from 2018 to 2021; Head of Group Audit from 2013 to 2018; Head of Systems and Standards from 2008 to 2013; and held various operational positions in IT, marketing, sales, logistics, auditing and purchasing from 1997 to 2008.

Mr. Wolfgang Reitzle has been the Chairman of the company since 2009. Prior to this, he served as the Founder of Private Office Visioning, Munich from 2014 to 2020; President and Chief Executive Officer of Linde AG from 2003 to 2014; and Group Vice President of the Ford Motor Company and Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Premier Automotive Group from 1999 to 2002. He also held various positions at BMW AG, most recently as Member of the Executive Board for Research and Development, Purchasing, Sales and Marketing from 1976 to 1999.
