Mr. Anthony Tan has been the Chief Executive Officer, and Chairman of the company since 2012. He is also the Co-Founder of the company.

Mr. Alex Hungate has been Chief Operating Officer, President and Director of the company since May 2026. Prior to this, he served as the Director; President and Chief Executive Officer of SATS. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of HSBC Singapore from August 2010 to July 2013. He joined HSBC as Group Managing Director of Personal Financial Services and Marketing. Mr. Hungate also served as the Managing Director of Asia Pacific of Reuters from August 2005 to August 2007. Previously, he held various leadership roles at Reuters, including Co-Chief Executive Officer of Americas, and Global Chief Marketing Officer from 1994 to 2005.

Mr. Peter Oey has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since April 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of LegalZoom.com, Inc. from December 2014 to April 2020. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Mylife.com from March 2012 to November 2014. Mr. Oey held several leadership roles at Activision Blizzard, Inc, including Vice President and Corporate Controller from February 2005 to March 2012, Senior Director of Finance, Europe from 2000 to 2001 and Director of Finance, Asia Pacific from December 1996 to June 2000.

Mr. Suthen Thomas Paradatheth has been the Group Chief Technology Officer of the company since October 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Technology Officer of Mobility, Automation and Platform Excellence, Deliveries, and Experiences of the company.Earlier, he also served operational leadership roles and founded the business operations team.

Ms. Chin Yin Ong has been the Chief Organisation Capability Officer of the company since January 2026. Previously, she served as Chief People Officer and Director of the company. Prior to this, she served as the Regional Human Resources Director of Asia, Middle East and Africa at DXC Technology from July 2014 to October 2015. Previously, she worked as the Head of Human Resources for Asia Pacific at Orange Business Services from December 2007 to June 2014. Ms. Ong also served as the Director of Human Resources for Asia Pacific at F5 Networks from 2005 to 2007. Earlier, she served as the HR Manager of Greater China at Hyperion Solutions from 2003 to 2005.
